Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior food service or hospitality experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends
- must have or obtain valid Food Handlers Card within 30 days
- must maintain professional appearance and wear designated uniform
- ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- strong communication skills
- ability to perform basic math
- ability to handle multiple tasks
- must be punctual and reliable
- willingness to work varying shifts as required
- ability to report safety issues and accidents promptly
Job Qualifications
- Prior food service and hospitality experience highly desired
- basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and hotel service standards

Job Duties
- Handle set-up and re-set of dining room areas including dishes, glassware, silverware, and linens
- maintain a neat, clean, organized area for guests
- provide flow of soiled dishes to kitchen and clean supply to dining room
- clear dishware and flatware as necessary throughout dinner service
- complete pre, running, and post-shift side-work including stocking supplies
- provide expeditious service and ensure water glasses are full
- follow all food handling, sanitation, TIPS, and health department guidelines
- follow safety policies and report potential safety issues
- report to work on time and regularly
- communicate daily menu and deliver food as needed
- notify management of unsafe conditions, needed maintenance, and accidents
- resolve guest complaints within authority
- perform other related duties as required
