Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physically demanding work including lifting bending and standing for long periods
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Basic knowledge of cleaning and maintenance procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to follow safety and hygiene policies

Job Duties
- Stay in the dining room and immediately clean tables as they get up according to Stix's procedure
- Make sure tables chairs and condiment containers are disinfected after each use
- Sweep under each table after it is cleaned and spot sweep throughout the dining room during service
- Clean up spills as needed and help keep the dining room and kitchen safe
- Restock guest restrooms and keep them spotless
- Keep the exterior of the restaurant clean by sweeping the parking lot and maintaining the flower beds
- Change light bulbs and clean windows inside and out
- Perform rigorous cleaning and maintenance duties and physically demanding work
- Perform job duties that are dirty
- Complete maintenance duties that may require ladders like changing air filters and dusting crown moldings etc
- Take out trash break down boxes and maintain the cleanliness of the dumpster area
- Assist fellow team members as needed
- Follow all policies and food safety procedures
- Complete opening running and closing side-work as well as daily cleaning duties
