Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a busser, food runner, or in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred but not required
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and maintain efficiency in a high-end dining setting
- Knowledge of proper table setting and fine dining service standards is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Quickly and efficiently clear, clean, and reset tables for incoming guests
- Assist servers by delivering water, bread, and additional table items as needed
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining room, service stations, and outdoor patio areas
- Monitor tables for guest needs, refilling beverages and removing used dishware promptly
- Support the food running team, ensuring timely delivery of dishes from the kitchen
- Assist with stocking and restocking glassware, plates, silverware, and other service essentials
- Follow health and safety regulations, ensuring all areas meet sanitation standards
- Provide friendly and professional service, contributing to an upscale dining atmosphere
- Other duties as assigned
