Job Duties
- welcome every guest with warm Latin hospitality
- own the tableside guacamole experience
- keep the dining room energized and tables turning smoothly
- create a warm, welcoming environment for guests
- follow all service steps as outlined
- maintain health and sanitation standards
- ensure no napkin or trash is overlooked
- communicate constantly and quietly with management and service staff
- keep dining room and service stations clean, organized, stocked, and spotless
- quickly clean and turnover tables to maintain efficiency
- handle glassware, silverware, and plateware with care
- participate in pre-shifts, trainings, and team meetings
- work collaboratively with teammates to maintain high service energy and teamwork
