Job Duties
- welcome guests with warm latin hospitality
- own the tableside guacamole experience
- maintain energy and flow of the dining room
- create a warm and welcoming environment
- follow service steps accurately
- maintain health and sanitation standards
- promptly clean and turnover tables
- communicate quietly and constantly with management and service staff
- keep dining room and service stations organized and stocked
- handle glassware, silverware, and plateware with care
- participate in pre-shifts, trainings, and team meetings
- collaborate with teammates to deliver seamless service
