Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of restaurant experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Willingness to handle cleaning tasks and maintain a sanitary environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- RBS Certification and Food Handler Certification required shortly after hire

Job Duties
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
- Assist servers in delivering food and beverages
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, patios, and service stations
- Restock supplies such as napkins, utensils, glassware, and condiments
- Clean and respond promptly to spills and messes in dining and service areas
- Safely handle and clean up broken glass or other hazards
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness in restrooms, including addressing unexpected situations when needed
- Take out trash and maintain cleanliness of waste areas
- Vacuum and help maintain overall cleanliness of floors and dining spaces
- Support overall flow of service and guest experience
- Work closely with front-of-house and back-of-house teams
