Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in cleaning or busser role preferred
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift and move up to 15 pounds
  • ability to work varying shifts including evenings and weekends
  • commitment to maintaining uniform and grooming standards
  • attendance and successful completion of orientation and training programs
  • ability to comply with safety and sanitation standards
  • good communication skills in English.

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a busser/janitor
  • ability to communicate in English
  • ability to understand and apply cleaning and sanitation policies and procedures
  • ability to follow simple one or two-step instructions
  • ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • successful completion of training programs
  • knowledge of local and state regulations regarding food and alcohol service certifications.

Job Duties

  • Adhering to uniform standards
  • adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
  • maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
  • ensure HOH standards, safety and sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
  • ability to work as part of a team
  • train using tablets or computer
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • any other duty/responsibility that management may deem necessary
  • assisting with opening and closing duties of the restaurant including, but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, cleaning tables, etc.
