Job Requirements
- Education level not specified
- Previous experience as a busser or janitor required
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Must be able to understand and follow cleaning and sanitation policies
- Must attend and successfully complete training programs
- Ability to stand, walk, handle objects, and lift up to 15 pounds
- Must adhere to all uniform and grooming standards
- Must be available to work in a restaurant environment with possible exposure to fumes, chemicals, and smoke
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a busser or janitor
- Ability to communicate in English
- Ability to understand the policies and procedures used to clean and sanitize a restaurant
- Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
- Ability to deal with standardized situations with occasional or no variables
- Successful completion of required training programs
- Compliance with local and state training and certification requirements
Job Duties
- Adhering to uniform standards
- Adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
- Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
- Ensure HOH standards, safety and sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Train using tablets or computer
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Any other duty or responsibility that management may deem necessary
- Assisting with opening and closing duties of the restaurant including, but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, cleaning tables
