Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a busser or janitor
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Must attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures
  • Must successfully complete training program
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 15 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, and use hands for handling objects
  • Ability to work in exposure to fumes, humid conditions, and cleaning chemicals
  • Willingness to adhere to grooming and uniform standards

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a busser or janitor
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple instructions
  • Ability to deal with standardized situations
  • Must attend orientation and complete training program
  • Must complete any required local or state training such as food or alcohol service certifications
  • Ability to understand policies and procedures related to cleaning and sanitizing a restaurant

Job Duties

  • Adhering to uniform standards
  • Adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
  • Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
  • Ensure HOH standards, safety and sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Train using tablets or computer
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Any other duty or responsibility that management may deem necessary
  • Assisting with opening and closing duties of the restaurant including sweeping, mopping, cleaning tables, etc.
