Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a busser / janitor
- ability to communicate in English
- ability to understand the policies and procedures used to clean and sanitize a restaurant
- ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
- willingness to attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures as outlined in Twin Peaks training
- ability to attend and successfully complete the training program prior to working a shift without supervision
- ability to successfully attend and complete any other required training in compliance with local and state regulations
- physical ability to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, and occasionally lift/move up to 15 pounds
- ability to work in environments exposed to fumes, humid and wet conditions, toxic chemicals, and potentially cigarette or cigar smoke.

- Proven experience as a busser / janitor
- ability to communicate in English
- ability to understand policies and procedures used to clean and sanitize a restaurant
- ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
- willingness to attend orientation and complete training programs
- successful completion of food and/or alcohol service certifications as required.
Job Duties
- Adhering to uniform standards
- adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
- maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
- ensure HOH standards, safety and sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
- ability to work as part of a team
- train using tablets or computer
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- any other duty/responsibility that management may deem necessary
- assisting with opening and closing duties of the restaurant including, but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, cleaning tables, etc.
