Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a busser / janitor
  • ability to communicate in English
  • ability to understand the policies and procedures used to clean and sanitize a restaurant
  • ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
  • willingness to attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures as outlined in Twin Peaks training
  • ability to attend and successfully complete the training program prior to working a shift without supervision
  • ability to successfully attend and complete any other required training in compliance with local and state regulations
  • physical ability to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, and occasionally lift/move up to 15 pounds
  • ability to work in environments exposed to fumes, humid and wet conditions, toxic chemicals, and potentially cigarette or cigar smoke.

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a busser / janitor
  • ability to communicate in English
  • ability to understand policies and procedures used to clean and sanitize a restaurant
  • ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions
  • willingness to attend orientation and complete training programs
  • successful completion of food and/or alcohol service certifications as required.

Job Duties

  • Adhering to uniform standards
  • adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
  • maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
  • ensure HOH standards, safety and sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
  • ability to work as part of a team
  • train using tablets or computer
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • any other duty/responsibility that management may deem necessary
  • assisting with opening and closing duties of the restaurant including, but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, cleaning tables, etc.
