Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- some experience in restaurant, kitchen or dining field preferred
- must obtain Food Handlers card
- pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screen
- pass background investigation
- obtain TIPS certification
- obtain and maintain gaming license
- no felony, theft or stealing convictions
Job Qualifications

- experience in restaurant, kitchen or dining area preferred
- knowledge of dining and food maintenance operations
- knowledge of food service
- strong communication skills
- ability to read and write in basic English
- demonstrate outstanding guest service
- maintain professional appearance

- ability to follow instructions and work in a stressful environment
- ability to obtain Food Handlers card
- no felony or theft convictions
Job Duties
- set tables with clean linens and silverware
- remove soiled dishes, glassware and silverware from tables
- maintain and clean side stations, floors, furniture, and restrooms
- stock items needed for service in server-side stations
- clear soiled plates, glassware, and silverware to dish stations using bus carts
- respond to guest requests and uphold service standards
- ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the work area
