Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- no felony, theft, or stealing convictions
- pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen
- pass background investigation
- obtain and maintain a gaming license
- knowledge of Arizona liquor law
- knowledge of TOGE alcohol training and internal controls
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and irregular shifts
- willingness to assume other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- some experience in restaurant, kitchen, or dining area
- knowledge of dining and food maintenance operations
- knowledge of food service
- strong communication skills
- ability to read and write basic English
- knowledge of guest service standards
- ability to maintain professional appearance
- knowledge of internal controls
- ability to obtain Food Handlers card
- ability to obtain TIPS certification
- ability to pass Busser I skill set testing
- ability to follow instructions
- ability to work in a busy environment
Job Duties
- Set tables with clean linens and silverware
- remove soiled dishes, glassware, and silverware from tables
- maintain and clean side stations, floors, furniture, and restrooms
- stock items needed for service in server side stations
- train new team members
- clear soiled plates, glassware, silverware, and shell baskets to dish stations
- respond to guest requests
- uphold food safety and health codes
- maintain organized and sanitized work area
- operate bus carts safely
- clear tables within 5 minutes of guest departure
- reset dining room tables according to standards
- polish silverware and glassware
- complete assigned side work
- maintain good communication
- provide positive dining experience
- perform additional duties as assigned
- demonstrate casino's spirit of service standards
- travel between casino properties if needed
- maintain proper attendance
