Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus but not required
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Physical stamina to perform duties including standing and lifting
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and work well within a team
  • Basic knowledge of sanitation and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Ensure tables are cleared of dishes, utensils and trash
  • Wipe down tables and seating and reset efficiently and promptly
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked supply of utensils, napkins, condiments and other necessary items
  • Adhere to safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe working environment for both staff and guests
  • Assist team members as needed
