Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role helpful but not required
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to perform manual tasks associated with busser duties
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Positive, friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and communicate effectively with team and guests
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Able to stand, walk, bend, reach and stoop throughout shift and able to lift 40lbs

Job Duties

  • Ensure tables are cleared of dishes, utensils and trash
  • Wipe down tables and seating and reset efficiently and promptly
  • Maintain a clean and well-stocked supply of utensils, napkins, condiments and other necessary items
  • Adhere to safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe working environment for both staff and guests
  • Assist team members as needed to deliver excellent service
