Job Requirements

Be happy and constantly smiling
welcome guests with a friendly demeanor into our home
demonstrate competency in steps of service
maintain accurate knowledge on all menu items
provide genuine hospitality
demonstrate professionalism
comfortable expediting the line
maintain a clean organized dining room
assist servers and food runners when necessary
ability to stand 4-8 hours per shift
able to lift 30 lbs

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role is a plus
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to multitask effectively
positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
ability to stand for extended periods
basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
