- Commitment to maintaining health and safety regulations in kitchen and dining areas
Job Duties
- Prepare the dining room before service by ensuring all tables are properly set with white tablecloths and meet restaurant standards
- Promptly provide water and bread to guests upon seating in your assigned area
- Clear and reset tables efficiently between seatings, wrapping leftovers for guests as needed
- Assist with large party setups by arranging or breaking down tables according to reservation specifications
- Support Servers throughout the shift to ensure guests enjoy a smooth and pleasant dining experience
- Act as a Brand Ambassador by engaging guests with information about Carmine’s and Virgil’s locations and encouraging return visits for special events and catering
- Restock glassware, silverware, and dishware to maintain service readiness
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining room and bar areas, including trash removal and sanitation tasks
- Complete all assigned side work and closing duties at the end of each shift
- Other duties as assigned by Manager
