Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- minimum 2 years of experience in table setting etiquette at a fine dining establishment
- customer-focused and detail-oriented
- effective interpersonal and communication skills
- food safety certificate compliant
- RBS compliant
- able to stand and walk 100% of the time
- able to transport trays up to 15-20 pounds
- superior attendance and punctuality
- arrive on time and in proper full uniform attire including non-slip shoes

Job Duties
- work a flexible schedule including weekends holidays and emergencies
- promote a harmonious and profitable working relationship within the restaurant
- attend and participate in department meetings as required
- incorporate systems and routines into day-to-day operations
- adhere to company policies and protocols
- exercise good judgment and report issues to general manager or front of house manager
- collaborate with front and back of house for customer satisfaction
- maintain food handler certification compliance
- perform other related duties as assigned
- remove dishes and service ware promptly when table is open
- coordinate with wait staff to ensure smooth service
- clean up napkins spilled food and other trash around the table
- assist in opening and closing duties
- set up tables with silverware and glassware
- polish glassware and silverware
- refill condiments and water glasses
- stock and maintain cleanliness in restrooms
- keep tables chairs and floor clean at all times
- maintain neat and orderly side areas and counters
- assist front desk in showing guests to their tables
- communicate with management for inventory needs
- assist in running food when directed by manager
- box leftover food as directed
- stock dry and paper goods
- complete all side work duties
