Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- good communication skills
- ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- compliance with company grooming and appearance standards
- tabc certification if intending to serve alcohol
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a hospitality or food service role is advantageous
- knowledge of proper cleaning and sanitation practices
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- team player with a positive attitude
- ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail
- tabc certification required to serve alcohol if applicable
Job Duties
- clears tables according to service standards
- cleans floors, tables, chairs, walls, windows, and service areas
- delivers water to guests promptly
- assists servers by refilling glasses
- separates and delivers dirty china, glassware, and silverware to kitchen
- performs side work such as making coffee and folding napkins
- stocks service stations with necessary items
- may perform room service duties
- responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner
- follows up to ensure guest satisfaction
- maintains a professional image
- adheres to company policies and procedures
