Job Requirements
- 16 years of age or older
- Must be able to obtain a work permit if under 18
- Complete a criminal background screening
- Have or acquire a CA Food handlers Safe Serve Card
- Show up in proper uniform
- Be able to communicate effectively in English
- Must work in a safe manner when lifting trays and dealing with hot items
- Must love being outdoors
Job Qualifications
- 16 years of age or older
- Complete a criminal background screening
- Have or acquire a CA Food handlers Safe Serve Card
- Acknowledge any member within 10 feet with a smile and greeting
- Carry 30-40 lbs bus tubs with dirty dishes
- Must be willing to stand, walk, lift, and carry trays or bus tubs on uneven ground during entire shift
- Show a sense of urgency
- Have a positive attitude
- Show up in proper uniform (clean black closed toe shoes, black socks, ironed black slacks no jeans, and white t shirt)
- Employees must be well groomed and stay attentive to the membership throughout entire shift
- Be willing to complete side jobs during slow periods in service
- Be willing to ask questions or to ask for help if needed
- Be a team player
- Be able to communicate effectively in English
- Must work in a safe manner when lifting trays and dealing with hot items (food, plates, coffee, etc.)
- Must love being outdoors
Job Duties
- Set-up of all stations in the dining circle
- Bus tables and carry dirty dishes to the dish room
- Assist servers with resetting tables
- Assist servers with serving the membership
- Break down of the dining room and stations
- Overall cleanliness of the work area
