Job Requirements

  • Flexible schedule and able to work evenings and weekends
  • minimum age of 21 years
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
  • ability to stock merchandise and set up or break down equipment
  • willingness to use dolly cart and other equipment to move heavy objects

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred but not required
  • ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff
  • strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
  • basic maintenance skills a plus

Job Duties

  • Clear tables after guests leave
  • take glasses and tableware to kitchen and place glassware, dishes, etc. in appropriate areas for washing
  • promptly clean table tops, chairs and tasting bar
  • check floor and clean as required
  • reset and arrange tabletops
  • prepare and serve pairing plate, boxed lunches and other edibles for guests
  • respond appropriately to guest requests, communicate guest requests to servers/manager immediately
  • assist with pre/post shift setup/cleanup including basic maintenance such as paint touch up, watering plants, sweeping sidewalk
  • answer phone and assist guests with reservations
  • contribute to a positive, collaborative team atmosphere
  • perform other duties as assigned by manager
