Job Requirements
- Minimum one year food runner experience or DRA experience
- experience in selling and presenting wine
- ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays
- maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance
- must be food handler and TABC certified
- ability to move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
- ability to stand or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift in indoor or outdoor environments

Job Duties
- Have complete knowledge of service times and menu
- possess complete knowledge of floor plan, table numbers, and seat numbers
- verify complete orders on tickets against food from cold and hot lines
- deliver food accurately to correct tables and seats according to tickets
- inquire about guest needs upon delivery and communicate with server or manager
- set up expo line items as specified in side work
- consult with supervisor on any food delivery difficulties
- minimize breakage
- attend all designated staff meetings and training sessions
- set up and breakdown breakfast buffet on schedule
- maintain and replenish breakfast buffet items ensuring cleanliness and presentation
- secure breakfast vehicles as directed
- place and receive warehouse orders maintaining proper par levels
- ensure all products are within date using FIFO storage method
- work in environments with exposure to extreme temperatures, weather, food and beverage cleaning chemicals, and food items and beverages
