Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in a hotel or related field preferred
- effective verbal and written communication skills

- capable of working flexible and long hours
- able to maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
Job Duties
- Assist servers by delivering and refilling beverages
- pre-buss tables
- keep all tables clean and properly set
- break down trays of soiled dishes and linen
- complete daily opening and closing cleaning duties
- answer the phone courteously and efficiently
- provide service to guests in server's absence
