Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in hotel or related field preferred
- Ability to stand for entire shift
- Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with company standards
- Ability to handle guest and employee concerns professionally
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Willingness to cross-train in other hotel areas
- Flexible and able to work long hours sometimes
- Approach all encounters with friendliness and courtesy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in hotel or related field preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to multitask and prioritize duties

- Ability to maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
- Willingness to attend required meetings and trainings
Job Duties
- Assist servers by delivering and refilling beverages
- Pre-bus tables to maintain cleanliness
- Keep all tables clean and properly set according to standards
- Break down trays of soiled dishes and linens in dishroom area
- Complete daily opening and closing cleaning duties
- Answer phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
- Provide guest service in waiter’s absence as needed
