Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food and beverage or hospitality industry preferred
- valid Nevada Health Card required
- Nevada TAM card may be required depending on location
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to bend and carry service trays overhead
- willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and teamwork skills
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and accident prevention principles
- ability to multitask and work well under pressure

Job Duties
- Set tables with clean linens and silverware
- remove soiled dishes, glassware, and silverware from tables
- maintain and clean side stations, floors, and furniture
- promptly clean and reset tables for the next guests
- stock and maintain side stations for team members
- clear and scrape dishes at side stations
- maintain tables throughout service by clearing dishes and emptying glassware
- restock items proactively
- multitask to manage workload efficiently
- perform other duties as assigned
- maintain assigned areas neat and clean
- follow sanitation and service standards
- monitor cleanliness of tables, chairs, and floors
- assist with rolling silverware and restocking condiments
- practice sanitation and safety principles
- alert management of equipment or facility repairs
- provide excellent guest service and assist colleagues
- maintain a fast customer service pace
- work as a proactive team player
