Job Duties
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Maintains a sense of urgency throughout the shift
- Acts as a true team member and recognizes areas to be helpful and supportive to other staff and guests alike
- Run food
- executes non-alcoholic drink refills and other table service tasks as needed
- Maintains clean and stocked stations
- Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling guest's needs and assisting servers and bartenders as requested
- Adheres to proper sidework duties, policies, and health department requirements
- Food handler certification within the county of employment
- Able to work on feet for long hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor
- Filling in for absent staff as needed
- Assisting with special events as needed
- Greet all guests and owners warmly with an appropriate greeting
- Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently
- Makes efforts to improve overall menu knowledge
- Quickly cleans and resets tables to spec
- Acts as the restaurant cleanliness ambassador- keeps the facilities clean and free of unwanted debris- floors, tables, chairs, restrooms, etc.
