Job Requirements
- GED or high school diploma
- at least 1 year kitchen experience
- excellent verbal communication skills required
- knowledgeable of proper food handling procedures
- strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required
- ability to lift 30 - 50 lbs
- work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods of time
- reach with hands and arms
- communicate, receive, and exchange ideas and information by means of the spoken and written word

Job Duties
- Take orders and deliver food and drinks
- answer questions regarding menu and drink selections
- work closely with wait, bar staff and kitchen to ensure the restaurant is operated efficiently
- prepare restaurant for lunch / dining by setting decorations, condiments, napkins and utensils
- maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the bar area, replacing kegs
- protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies
- other duties as required
