Job Requirements
- GED or high school diploma
- At least 1 year kitchen experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills required
- Knowledgeable of proper food handling procedures
- Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required
- Ability to lift 30 - 50 lbs
- Work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods of time
- Reach with hands and arms
- Communicate, receive, and exchange ideas and information by means of the spoken and written word
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Take orders and deliver food and drinks, answer questions regarding menu and drink selections
- Work closely with wait, bar staff and kitchen to ensure the restaurant is operated efficiently
- Prepare restaurant for lunch/dining by setting decorations, condiments, napkins and utensils
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the bar area, replacing kegs
- Protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies
- Other duties as required
