Job Duties

  • maintain attentiveness to refill water glasses promptly
  • clear and reset tables in a timely manner
  • polish and replace beautiful glassware and silverware
  • clear bus tubs from the bar area
  • assist servers and bartenders as needed
  • work closely with the expo in the kitchen to monitor incoming tickets
  • prepare to go to stations and ensure mise en place having ingredients prepped and organized
  • organize plates onto the gueridon food cart
  • deliver food to tables correctly identifying each guest's plate without requiring instruction
