Job Duties
- maintain attentiveness to refill water glasses promptly
- clear and reset tables in a timely manner
- polish and replace beautiful glassware and silverware
- clear bus tubs from the bar area
- assist servers and bartenders as needed
- work closely with the expo in the kitchen to monitor incoming tickets
- prepare to go to stations and ensure mise en place having ingredients prepped and organized
- organize plates onto the gueridon food cart
- deliver food to tables correctly identifying each guest's plate without requiring instruction
