Job Requirements
- Meet state minimum age to serve alcohol
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and lift for extended periods
- Physical ability to handle, carry, or lift items weighing a minimum of 50 pounds
- Ability to work under sun and heat
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
- Strong communication and cooperation skills
- Willingness to fill in for other staff as needed

Job Duties
- Clean and/or wipe down tables, chairs, walls, windows, mirror and floors of restaurant
- Separate dirty china, glassware and silver and deliver to kitchen for cleaning
- Perform opening and closing side work/checklist assignments
- Stock service station/pantry with necessary items
- Transport linens to and from laundry
- Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
- Setting up and replenishing the buffet during breakfast buffet hours
- Maintaining buffet clean and compliant with brand standards at all times
- Expediting food orders during lunch and dinner meal periods
- Cooperating and communicating with all serving and kitchen staff
- Adhering to all relevant health department rules, food safety and quality regulations
- Maintaining a clean work area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment
- Must be able to work under pressure and handle large volume crowd (up to 60 guests or more)
- Fill in for absent staff as needed
- Report directly to the F&B supervisor/manager
- Perform other duties as assigned including but not limited to room service or baristas or servers
