Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in a hotel or related hospitality field advantageous
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
- Attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented demeanor
- Capability to listen, understand, and resolve concerns
- Willingness to cross-train in other hotel-related areas
Job Duties
- Assist servers with clearing and resetting tables
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas
- Refill beverages and deliver drinks to guests
- Break down trays of soiled dishes and linens
- Complete daily opening and closing side-work duties
- Attend all required meetings and trainings
- Provide service to guests in servers' absence as needed
