Job Duties
- Assist servers by clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables quickly and efficiently
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to members and guests promptly and accurately
- Ensure proper presentation and handling of all food items
- Refill water, bread, and other table amenities as needed throughout service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and side work areas
- Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service flow
- Assist with setup and breakdown of dining areas for service or events
- Remove used dishes, glassware, and silverware promptly after each course
- Assist in polishing silverware, glassware, and maintaining table supplies
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Provide courteous and professional service in all member and guest interactions
