Job Requirements

At least one year of experience in busser, food runner or barback roles
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Must be able to stand and move for extended periods
Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Ensure station and table set-ups are complete and perform various side duties as assigned by the Server and Managers
Expedite food from kitchen to guests tables in a timely and orderly fashion
Refill drinks to guests during the course of meal service
Remove plates from table upon meal completion
Clean, set and re-set tables continuously, assuming responsibility for station, tables and side duties
Maintain proper condition and cleanliness of dining areas and servicing equipment
