Job Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in busser, food runner or barback roles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Must be able to stand and move for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Ensure station and table set-ups are complete and perform various side duties as assigned by the Server and Managers
  • Expedite food from kitchen to guests tables in a timely and orderly fashion
  • Refill drinks to guests during the course of meal service
  • Remove plates from table upon meal completion
  • Clean, set and re-set tables continuously, assuming responsibility for station, tables and side duties
  • Maintain proper condition and cleanliness of dining areas and servicing equipment
