  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • able to stand and walk for long periods
  • able to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds
  • availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • adherence to uniform and appearance standards

  • prior experience in food service or busser role preferred
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

  • Complete and pass required training modules
  • know your work schedule and arrive on time
  • communicate with manager about reservations and special needs
  • set up station and dining room according to standards
  • maintain assigned section and assist other sections as needed
  • bake and serve bread with butter
  • keep water glasses filled
  • maintain table cleanliness and remove dishes
  • package take-home items correctly
  • thank guests and invite them to return
  • bus, set, and reset tables
  • perform side and closing duties
  • maintain clean and orderly service stations
  • provide basic Eddie Merlots information to guests
  • follow all policies, procedures, and regulations
  • communicate guest requests and complaints to management
  • work meetings, banquets, and special events when scheduled
  • assist team members when available or needed
