Job Duties
- Set and reset dining room tables
- refill water glasses
- serve bread and butter
- restock clean plates, silverware, and glassware
- respond promptly to guest needs
- collaborate with servers, bartenders, and other team members to ensure guest satisfaction
- maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations
- package and deliver take-home items
- communicate guest requests and complaints to managers
- assist with side duties, closing duties, and special event setups
