Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- 18+ years of age
- possession of or ability to obtain required state work cards
- minimum one year related experience
- ability to perform proper lifting techniques
- knowledge of guest relations
- understanding of sanitation and safety standards
- experience in full service restaurant operations
- ability to communicate effectively and assertively in English, verbally and in writing

Job Duties
- Clear and reset tables efficiently before, during, and after service periods
- maintain complete knowledge of table, seat, and station numbers and proper table set ups
- maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned areas and side stations
- work as a team, assisting all guests’ and team members’ needs and inquiries
- ensure that all necessary stock is replenished during the shift
- respond to guest concerns, complaints and resolve them while maintaining a positive attitude
- clean and dry spills immediately upon occurrence
- move furniture as directed by management
- ensure any breakage is reported and recorded
- maintain proper maintenance and use of equipment
- complete opening, running, and closing side work duties as assigned
- assist teammates with side work duties upon request
- perform additional tasks as assigned
