Job Requirements
- Minimum of one (1) years related experience
- High school diploma preferred
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- 18+ years of age
- Possession of or the ability to possess all state required work cards
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of proper lifting techniques
- Strong guest relations skills
- Understanding of sanitation and safety protocols
- Experience with full service restaurant operations
- Ability to communicate effectively and assertively in English both verbally and in writing with staff, clients and the public
Job Duties
- Clear and reset tables efficiently before, during and after service periods to turn tables
- Maintain complete knowledge of table, seat, station numbers and proper table set ups
- Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned areas and side stations
- Work as a team, assisting all guests' and team members' needs and inquiries
- Ensure that all necessary stock is being replenished during the shift
- Respond to guest concerns or complaints and correct errors or resolve complaints while maintaining a positive attitude escalating to management when necessary
- Clean and dry spills immediately upon occurrence
- never leaving spills unattended
- Move furniture as directed by management including but not limited to tables, chairs, bar stools, banquettes, bar tables, boxes and equipment
- Ensure that any breakage is reported and recorded
- Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment
- Complete opening, running and closing side work duties as assigned
- Assist teammates with opening, running and closing side work duties upon request
- Assist and or complete additional tasks as assigned
