Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- 18+ years of age
- Possession of or ability to possess all state required work cards
- Minimum of one year related experience
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to push and lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

- Guest relations

- Full service restaurant operations
- Ability to communicate effectively and assertively in English, both verbally and in writing with staff, clients, and the public
Job Duties
- Clear and reset tables efficiently before, during and after service periods to turn tables
- Maintain complete knowledge of table/seat/station numbers and proper table setups
- Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned areas and side stations
- Work as a team, assisting all guests' and team members' needs and inquiries
- Ensure that all necessary stock is replenished during the shift
- Respond to guest concerns/complaints and resolve issues while maintaining a positive attitude, escalating to management when necessary
- Clean and dry spills immediately upon occurrence
- Move furniture as directed by management, including tables, chairs, bar stools, banquettes, bar tables, boxes, and equipment
- Report and record any breakage
- Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment
- Complete opening, running, and closing side work duties as assigned
- Assist teammates with side work duties upon request
- Assist and/or complete additional tasks as assigned
