- Prior experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred

Job Duties
- Clear, sanitize, and reset all tables and seating areas
- maintain the cleanliness and organization of all service stations, back-of-house areas, and storage spaces
- ensure continuous availability of clean glassware and dishware by running items between the floor, bar, and dish area efficiently
- proactively assist servers and barbacks with tasks to maintain the speed and quality of guest service
- take and process food orders at the service counter using the point of sale (POS) system
- communicate clearly and effectively with the team
- adhere to all company policies, procedures, and state/local alcohol service regulations, as well as health and safety
- perform additional support tasks and duties to assist coworkers or as requested by leaders
