Job Requirements

  • High school diploma preferred
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • 18+ years of age
  • Possession or ability to possess required state work cards
  • Minimum one year related experience
  • Ability to use proper lifting techniques
  • Basic understanding of guest relations
  • Understanding of sanitation and safety protocols
  • Experience in full service restaurant operations
  • Proficient English communication skills

  • Ability to communicate effectively and assertively in English, both verbally and in writing

Job Duties

  • Clear and reset tables efficiently before, during and after service periods to turn tables
  • Maintain complete knowledge of table/seat/station numbers and proper table setups
  • Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned areas and side stations
  • Work as a team, assisting all guests' and team members' needs and inquiries
  • Ensure necessary stock is replenished during the shift
  • Respond to guest concerns/complaints and resolve issues or escalate to management
  • Clean and dry spills immediately, never leaving spills unattended
  • Move furniture as directed by management including tables, chairs, bar stools, banquettes, bar tables, boxes, and equipment
  • Report and record any breakage
  • Maintain knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment
  • Complete opening, running, and closing side work duties as assigned
  • Assist teammates with side work duties upon request
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned
