Job Requirements

High school diploma preferred
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
18+ years of age
Possession or ability to possess required state work cards
Minimum one year related experience
Ability to use proper lifting techniques
Basic understanding of guest relations
Understanding of sanitation and safety protocols
Experience in full service restaurant operations
Proficient English communication skills

Job Qualifications

Knowledge of proper lifting techniques

Ability to communicate effectively and assertively in English, both verbally and in writing

Job Duties

Clear and reset tables efficiently before, during and after service periods to turn tables
Maintain complete knowledge of table/seat/station numbers and proper table setups
Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned areas and side stations
Work as a team, assisting all guests' and team members' needs and inquiries
Ensure necessary stock is replenished during the shift
Respond to guest concerns/complaints and resolve issues or escalate to management
Clean and dry spills immediately, never leaving spills unattended
Move furniture as directed by management including tables, chairs, bar stools, banquettes, bar tables, boxes, and equipment
Report and record any breakage
Maintain knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment
Complete opening, running, and closing side work duties as assigned
Assist teammates with side work duties upon request
Complete additional tasks as assigned
