Job Requirements
- High school diploma, equivalency degree or related experience preferred
- must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for entire shift
- must have a good sense of balance, be able to lift, bend, kneel, stoop, squat, push and pull
- must be able to frequently lift chairs, adjust tables and lift trays weighing up to 50 pounds
- position involves repetitive hand and wrist motion

- exhibits and uses good manners, proper personal hygiene, positive attitude, and promptness
- must be able to perform under pressure in a high-volume restaurant setting
- must be able to interact verbally and listen attentively to guests, co-workers, and supervisors

Job Duties
- Clears away dishes from guests
- re-sets tabletops with place settings, wipes down chairs
- inspects and cleans carpet and other flooring when debris or liquid is detected
- responds to guests' questions and makes recommendations as appropriate
- sets up and maintains the work including but not limited to setting up tables at the beginning or end of shift
- carries trays back to dishwasher, unloads, and wipes trays clean
- scrapes and stacks dishes, returns dirty dishes and silverware to dishwashing area
- stocks stations with silverware, napkins etc
- checks restrooms for cleanliness
- responds to guests' additional requests and assists servers with their tables as needed
- inspects floor for debris, spills and sweeps/dries as necessary
- other duties as required or assigned by management
