Job Requirements

High school diploma, equivalency degree or related experience preferred
must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for entire shift
must have a good sense of balance, be able to lift, bend, kneel, stoop, squat, push and pull
must be able to frequently lift chairs, adjust tables and lift trays weighing up to 50 pounds
position involves repetitive hand and wrist motion

exhibits and uses good manners, proper personal hygiene, positive attitude, and promptness
must be able to perform under pressure in a high-volume restaurant setting
must be able to interact verbally and listen attentively to guests, co-workers, and supervisors
high school diploma, equivalency degree or related experience preferred

Job Duties

Clears away dishes from guests
re-sets tabletops with place settings, wipes down chairs
inspects and cleans carpet and other flooring when debris or liquid is detected
responds to guests' questions and makes recommendations as appropriate
sets up and maintains the work including but not limited to setting up tables at the beginning or end of shift
carries trays back to dishwasher, unloads, and wipes trays clean
scrapes and stacks dishes, returns dirty dishes and silverware to dishwashing area
stocks stations with silverware, napkins etc
checks restrooms for cleanliness
responds to guests' additional requests and assists servers with their tables as needed
inspects floor for debris, spills and sweeps/dries as necessary
other duties as required or assigned by management
