Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is a plus but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to perform duties including standing for long periods and carrying moderate loads
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude and team player
- Adherence to cleanliness and uniform standards

Job Duties
- Report to work on time as indicated on the work schedule
- Ensure uniform meets restaurant requirements and is maintained and cleaned
- Practice positive personal hygiene and cleanliness habits during all work shifts
- Exemplify hospitality standards
- Answer guests' questions about the restaurant
- Handle requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority
- Cooperate with management and co-workers to assist others with duties if needed
- Communicate suggestions for improvement positively
- Follow all national, state, and local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines
- Report potentially unsafe conditions and use materials and equipment properly
- Know emergency procedures in the restaurant
- Perform all duties and maintain knowledge of all standards and procedures as stated in the associate handbook
