Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- ability to work under frequent time pressure
- physical capability to stand and walk 100% of the time
- ability to bend and lift up to 50 pounds
- must wear black slip-resistant shoes
- maintain a clean and professional appearance
- complete all company-required training within designated time frames
- comply with drug and alcohol-free workplace
- punctuality and reliability
- well-groomed hair and personal hygiene

Job Duties
- Provides superior guest service
- positively affects interactions with guests and team members
- pre-bus and bus tables by scraping and stacking plates, cups, silverware
- remove dirty linens and transport dirty items to dish pit or appropriate areas
- assist wait staff and host/ess as needed
- maintain clean and organized side stations, counters, and guest areas
- restock items as required
- acknowledge customers in a friendly and timely manner
- assist host/ess in seating patrons
- comply with workplace safety procedures and complete company-required training
- wear black slip-resistant shoes and maintain a clean and professional appearance
- comply with drug and alcohol-free workplace
- perform other duties as assigned
