Job Requirements

  • Must have a valid Maricopa County Food Handlers Card
  • previous experience or training preferred
  • must be a team player
  • must have a positive attitude
  • must present a well-groomed appearance
  • must be able and willing to meet the physical demands of the job
  • must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
  • must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays if full-time

Job Duties

  • Ensures excellent customer service for every guest, every time
  • removes soiled glassware and utensils from table and counter tops
  • carries dirty dishes to kitchen
  • wipes tables and seats with dampened cloth
  • sets tables with clean linens, sugar bowls, and condiments
  • wraps clean silverware in napkins
  • circulates among diners and serves beverages such as iced tea and coffee
  • maintains cleanliness of designated areas as directed in accordance with established health and safety standards
  • ensures that designated work areas, flatware, glasses, dinnerware and other used to serve customers are free from hazards
  • responsible for the enforcement of all applicable regulations under the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 31, Chapter X, as it pertains to this position
  • responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all applicable regulations under the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 31, Chapter X, by attending Title 31/Anti-Money Laundering training as required
