Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Previous experience in a restaurant or similar environment preferred
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move items as required
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
- Strong customer service orientation
- Compliance with all health and safety regulations

Job Duties
- Quickly clears dirty table settings and prepares tables for the next guest
- Maintains cleanliness of server stations
- Wipes down tables and chairs, and cleans floors as necessary
- Helps servers with water service to guarantee guests always have water at their table
- Transports all dirty dishes and glassware from the dining room to the bussing station
- Performs any general cleaning tasks assigned by the supervisor
- Performs all assigned side work, including polishing plates and restocking the server station
- Performs other duties as assigned
