Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Quickly clears dirty table settings and prepares tables for the next guest
- maintains cleanliness of server stations by wiping down tables and chairs and cleaning floors as necessary
- helps servers with water service to guarantee guests always have water at their table
- transports all dirty dishes and glassware from the dining room to the bussing station
- performs any general cleaning tasks assigned by the supervisor
- performs all assigned side work including polishing plates and restocking the server station
- performs other duties as assigned
