Job Requirements
- High school or equivalent education required
- prior hospitality or restaurant experience preferred
- must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language used in the workplace
- good communication skills, both verbal and written
- excellent customer relations skills
- detail oriented with outstanding organizational and communication skills
- basic computer skills
- basic computational ability
- ability to deal effectively with internal and external customers requiring patience, tact and diplomacy
- knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, PMS, and POS
- self-driven and able to work independently
- strong issue resolution and analytical skills with attention to detail
- must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours in length
- must be able to lift up to 45 lbs as needed
- must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs
- must maintain neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance per Azul Hospitality standards
- regular attendance and punctuality
- ability to work in extreme temperatures and limited space
- ability to exert well-paced ability to maneuver between functions occurring simultaneously

- knowledge of table and bar service
- knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware
- ability to describe all menu items and methods of preparation
Job Duties
- Deliver food to guests dining in restaurant
- ensure guest satisfaction with their food
- ensure serve corridor safety by transporting all equipment in the proper manner
- ensure that all spills and breakage are attended to immediately and proper safety procedures are followed
- stock restaurant items such as glassware, straws, toothpicks, napkins, silverware, ice, and cleaning supplies
- clear tables throughout the dining experience using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware, and silverware
- clean bar and table surfaces throughout the shift
- wipe down chairs, railings, and other high-touch surfaces
- remove and dispose bags from trash receptacles in and around the bar area
- participate in the deep cleaning of the outlet
- assist service team as necessary to meet and exceed guest expectations
- perform all other duties assigned by managers and supervisors
