Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in hospitality or restaurant industry preferred
Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
Ability to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs
Must be able to work in extreme temperatures such as freezers and kitchens
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to follow safety and security policies
Neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance
Regular attendance and punctuality

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior hospitality or restaurant experience preferred
Safe Server Alcohol & Food certification preferred
Excellent customer relations skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Detail oriented with outstanding organizational skills
Basic computer skills
Basic computational ability
Knowledge of table and bar service
Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware
Ability to describe all menu items and methods of preparation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong issue resolution and analytical skills

Job Duties

Deliver food to guests dining in restaurant
Ensure guest satisfaction with their food
Ensure serve corridor safety by transporting all equipment in the proper manner
Ensure that all spills and breakage are attended to immediately and proper safety procedures are followed
Stocks restaurant items such as glassware, straws, toothpicks, napkins, silverware, ice, and cleaning supplies
Clears tables throughout the dining experience using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware, and silverware
Cleans bar and table surfaces throughout the shift
