Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior hospitality or restaurant experience preferred
Ability to work in extreme temperatures such as freezers and kitchens
Ability to stand and move for up to four hours
Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and maneuver heavy equipment up to 250 lbs
Good communication skills
Basic computer literacy
Ability to maintain neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance
Reliable attendance and punctuality

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior hospitality or restaurant experience preferred
Safe server alcohol and food certification preferred
Good communication skills both verbal and written
Excellent customer relations skills
Basic computer skills including Windows OS, MS Office, PMS, and POS applications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Job Duties

Deliver food to guests dining in restaurant
Ensure guest satisfaction with their food
Ensure serve corridor safety by transporting all equipment in the proper manner
Attend to spills and breakage immediately and follow proper safety procedures
Stock restaurant items such as glassware, straws, toothpicks, napkins, silverware, ice, and cleaning supplies
Clear tables using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware, and silverware
Clean bar and table surfaces throughout the shift
Wipe down chairs, railings, and other high-touch surfaces
Remove and dispose bags from trash receptacles in and around the bar area
Participate in deep cleaning of the outlet
Assist service team as necessary to meet and exceed guest expectations
Perform all other duties assigned by managers and supervisors
