Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior hospitality or restaurant experience preferred
  • Ability to work in extreme temperatures such as freezers and kitchens
  • Ability to stand and move for up to four hours
  • Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and maneuver heavy equipment up to 250 lbs
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Ability to maintain neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior hospitality or restaurant experience preferred
  • Safe server alcohol and food certification preferred
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent customer relations skills
  • Basic computer skills including Windows OS, MS Office, PMS, and POS applications
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Job Duties

  • Deliver food to guests dining in restaurant
  • Ensure guest satisfaction with their food
  • Ensure serve corridor safety by transporting all equipment in the proper manner
  • Attend to spills and breakage immediately and follow proper safety procedures
  • Stock restaurant items such as glassware, straws, toothpicks, napkins, silverware, ice, and cleaning supplies
  • Clear tables using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware, and silverware
  • Clean bar and table surfaces throughout the shift
  • Wipe down chairs, railings, and other high-touch surfaces
  • Remove and dispose bags from trash receptacles in and around the bar area
  • Participate in deep cleaning of the outlet
  • Assist service team as necessary to meet and exceed guest expectations
  • Perform all other duties assigned by managers and supervisors
