Delaware North Sportservice is a renowned hospitality company that operates at some of the most iconic venues across the United States. As part of Delaware North's extensive operations, their Sportservice team manages concessions and premium dining services at American Family Field in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays and normal business hours
- Experience or training as a Runner or Busser in a similar dining environment preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach constantly
- Ability to lift, balance and move trays weighing up to 35 pounds
- Visual acuity and hearing to take orders and prepare checks
- Ability to stand or walk for entire shift including stairs
Job Qualifications
- Experience or training as a Runner or Busser in a similar dining environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Check in with management upon arrival for daily duties and station assignments
- Attend pre-shift briefing taking note of relevant service, food, beverage, and guest information
- Assist with running food and beverages to tables
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining room including equipment, utensils, tables, chairs, service stations, floors, and windows
- Remove dirty dishes, silverware, and empty glasses from guest tables after guests depart and return them to the dishwashing area
- Reset tables once guests leave according to floor plans or management instructions
- Remove and empty trash as needed
