Job Requirements

  • Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands
  • Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours
  • Fast paced movements are required to go from one part of the club to others
  • Must be able to move, pull, carry or lift at least 20 to 60 pounds
  • Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required
  • Must be able to use a step ladder

Job Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced and professional environment
  • Previous experience as a server or back server with a food-forward and high-volume establishment
  • Proven success as a champion of the culture, facilitating excellent communication and engagement
  • Team focused with an understanding of the bigger picture and how you can contribute
  • ServSafe Food Handlers Certification
  • Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Training with Certification

Job Duties

  • Must be courteous and gracious, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
  • Establish and maintain good communications and teamwork with fellow colleagues and other departments
  • Offer guests an enjoyable experience that conforms to standards of excellence, professionalism and friendliness
  • Demonstrate understanding and knowledge of the sequence of service, following this sequence for every guest
  • Clear, mark, and take ownership of table maintenance and wipe and reset tables
  • Assist coworkers in any task necessary to ensure a great environment for guests and coworkers
  • Execute any additional employee duties requested by management
